I was advised what to do. i did. everytime i paid for meds it was something different i was asked to do. I asked for my money back & was i told by their employee " I DIDNT! QUALIFY!!!". Then he hung up the phone in my face. I called back & was told their is no way to file a grievance. I also was told the account will be frozen. why?
