Hello, to whom it may concern this email is regarding The European Wax Center located in Mayslanding New Jersey. I recently worked at this exact center with owner Marlene, I was a gsa, as aware I took care of checking people in and out, making reservations, as well as working with the computer system Zenoti. Prior to having Zenoti we used Millennium. Regarding this, whenever a new guest called to make a new reservation we asked them if anyone had referred them, as long as we inputed the name directly into the system upon making the account for the new guest, when the new guest checked out their referral would automatically receive the 10 dollar referral points and that was with the old system millennium. Once we transferred over to the new system zenoti a lot of our usual doings changed, that including referral points. Even then when we made a new account for a guest the referral points would not go in automatically thus making our manage have to input the referral points in automatically. No matter what they new guest received whether it was a free service or half off service the referral would still receive those points. Regarding myself, Maria I recently went to this center to get my eyebrows done, I had asked for my referral points that I was continuously asking for even as an employer there, but never received, and I was recently told by their waxer Morgan that I could not get those points because one the person I referred got a free service, and two because they did not reschedule their appointment either. Which in this case I know that this is false because not all first item guests come back, and I referred Michael Jones. Now I got denied my points that I could've used towards my service but got rejected. So I am trying to reach someone who may be able to help me get a refund of 10 dollars back onto my card, as I do not want any store credit because this should of not of been an issue and I should of received my points a while back ago when I was working there as well as after me working. I have had numerous problems with this center, as Marlene did not pay me correctly, and I constantly mentioned that my paychecks were wrong and they were under review by her accountant and a manager at the location and none of then got back to me as I received information from one of my friends that work there that they are not going to pay me so not only did they deny me of that they are telling my business to my friend at that center. And since I am on the topic I would like to mention that Marlene is a very poor owner of this center, she treats her employers unfairly, as per me working there. They kept the place very unsanitary, no one wore masks most of the time. Whenever Marlene came she never wore a mask, sometimes walked around with no shoes. Now my only concern is receiving a refund of 10 dollars back onto my debit card. As I will not be going back to European Wax Center. Thank you. Regards, Maria Fotiou
