Express scripts will hold the RX hostage and ship it when they feel like it. Many times 15 to 20 days after they receive it. my most recent experience is, they held it for 11 days and then just deleted the prescription when you call them they never give you an explanation and they can never due anything to fix the problem because they do not care about the patient. User's recommendation: Avoid unless you have no other options and stock up as you never know when they will deliver.
