May 1, 2021 To Who It may concern: I was towed in to Keating Toyota March the 19, 2021. My 2019 Highlander over heated and shut down. They said it would take awhile and I ask about a loner and was told they had no loaners but I could rent one, I declined thinking it would only be about a week. I was later told the problem was a incorrectly installed hose in the cooling system and warranty would cover it. It is now May 1, 2021 and I was just told it would be ready no sooner than May 19. That will be over nine weeks. I feel this is an unacceptable time to fix a heater hose. Please contact me with an explanation. C. A.
