My card was processed for payment eventhough I paid cash for the room

The fact that the card I gave to insure the room when I checked in was processed THE VERY SAME DAY!! I checked out and PAID cash!! NO ONE told me when I checked out that my card had been processed the day before!! You took my cash AND my card!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT LODGE AT THIS HOTEL!!!
