Registration of family member

I have tried several times to register my husband on our connect 3 bike When I get to the photo part it wont let me continue to register the bike as a user. I created the profile twice which works on my iPad but not his. Also when I get to the devices part it doesnt show the connect 3 or any equipment choices. Help!
