They’re telling me I have to say it was an accident which I did tell them I accidentally broke a piece off of the sofa trying to take it apart

Okay I purchase furniture from Bob's discount I also purchased the Goof Proof plan for five years I told him I made a mistake and I broke the pan off to try to take the so far apart cuz I don't have any instructions they're saying I'm not covered up under my plan that's not right. They also said that I didn't tell them that it was a accident which I did then it would be covered I need to try to get my money back from these people some type of way User's recommendation: Be careful what you purchase from Bob Furniture discount and I don't think it's them I just think it's the delivery people switching out furniture.
