Bought a couch for $5k from bay leather republic owned by freedom furniture 5 years ago and the entire couch is peeling they did an investigation and said it was because of someone who sits on the couch skin oils touching the couch. Not their fault and not covered under warranty. I said in what world can skin not be expected to touch a couch - they could not explain it. No one to contact or speak to anyone. Had a quote to fix couch a year ago took 12 months before I got a response and the couch is no longer able to be fixed. Cant call them or follow them up. Deplorable company User's recommendation: Never shop at Freedom.
