Failure to honor product warranty

Tried to get a T210 riding mower I purchased either repaired or replaced. Never run. When I contacted their customer service this is the repose I received "not my department. They referred me to another place but they did not respond. After being on hold for over 45 minutes I finally did have an opportunity to talk to someone. Their response was I had to take to a shop to be worked on at my expense. User's recommendation: Buyer be aware!
