Asurion is terrible. You simply cannot reach a human if you have a protection plan for something other than a phone. I bought a MacWheel Scooter (don't ever buy one of those either). The battery failed around a year into owning the scooter and I spent 4 months trying to get MacWheel to stand behind their product - they do not. So, I then starting trying to reach Asurion. I don't have a Verizon pin because my scooter is not a phone. I think most folks will get frustrated and give up, and that is how Asurion makes a buck. Where is your integrity Asurion? User's recommendation: Never buy an Asurion protection plan. Ever!
