How is this even happening and why has it been allowed to go on and on year after year. This past February my one card was charged $249.00 and the card company cleared it up for me. Yesterday my other card was charged $199.00 and that card company is currently working on it. Twice in the same year exactly four months apart? Something needs to be done about these people. I do not own a smart phone and I do not have anything to do with Verizon. Who is getting this information and how are they getting it...and who is benefiting from the people that pay their card bills without even checking them?
