Delivery of fridge

I ordered a fridge on the 5th August 2021 order ref CUR210667**** and am having problems tracking the item and finding out when our delivery date is? i have tried to call the customer service helpline which directed me to track it websites and I am still having problems. I need to know when we will receive our item please if you can help me.
