I took a ola cab ride on 12th April 2021 from Ananthapuram to Begur Road. The trip fare was Rs 580. The driver Pavankumar CR, requested me to pay him in cash and I paid him Rs 600 (20 rupees tip). I failed to notice immediately that olamoney postpaid had also been deducted. Despite informing ola support, customer care about this, they are demanding that Ipay them again. This is unfair.I User's recommendation: Please be cautious of cheating through ola postpaid.
