Ordered new cabinets for my new home. Took just short of 6 months to receive them. No apologies, nothing. Held up completion of my new home by several weeks. No discount offered, no ETA on arrival. Just silence. I had to call store (Cincinnati Ohio) for updates. Our sales guy had no intention of following up. Called customer service and finally got answers. Had mismatched cabinet doors. Customer service said they would replace them. Has been a couple of months now. No response to my emails. What a joke. GO ELSEWHERE. This place is unprofessional and unorganized. response to inaui User's recommendation: Go elsewhere. Even if it costs a little more. They cost me more than it was worth.
