Update by user Apr 05, 2021 STILL WAITING FOR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, TONY TO DO HIS JOB!!! Original review posted by user Apr 05, 2021 Placed an order on March 18 with free shipping order has not shipped as of 4/5/21. no reason given. Told I could go pick up the product at the local store but would not receive sale price. Talked to Online Manager, Tony, had no clue and did not care about customer service. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE USING THE ONLINE, GO TO YOUR LOCAL STORE...
