Their phone in customer service representative was very helpful and went out of her way to solve the problem. She even provided follow up to make sure all had properly been done. Recommend calling in to Vitacost and communicating with a live person over emailing them. All is well. Thank you. User's recommendation: Call into Vitacost and speak with a live representative.
