I bought a jersey online and its to big for my husband one of your store associates at north star mall san antonio tx told me i could exchange the item there for a smaller one but when i called again just to make sure they told me i cant because they have different skews and its rare when it works so i got on the chat and they told me i can only return it i got a discount on it 20% because there was a sale going on there telling me i have to return it then buy it then call so they can help me further i think this is ridiculous everyone is giving me the run around im very upset and this is not right. User's recommendation: I don't think I would ever buy from here again.
