LARGE COMPANIES DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED, or put resources into phone customer service. I found a number, it rang 10 times and a voice said "Let *** Google TRY to make this connection." OF COURSE IT DIDN'T CONNECT. FACEBOOK and TWITTER are no way to conduct customer service!! User's recommendation: Don't expect anything from companies run by Generation ZERO.
