It was the service, poor response and wrong actions of the manager Mary Torez at Longhorn Steakhouse on E.Washington St. Indianapolis, Indiana

Waited a long period of time for our server to come. No problem. Food order issues are something totally different. Two orders of Lamb Chops were both undesirable by both people in our party. Replacement order came; steak was well done and tough, ordered medium well. Baked potato ordered with no bacon because she doesn't eat pork, had bacon on it. The other steak ordered medium well, was medium rare just not bleeding. No complaint. By the time food came right. It was way beyond time to go. And the manager refused to do anything about it. There's no understanding, no compassion, no willingness to make the customer feel better about the experience. It was like we didn't matter. User's recommendation: Managers should go out greet customers and make sure they’re experience is good. And be willing to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. That’s good service and great business. No one smiled either. Servers recheck orders before they take food out. Cooks be made accountable for their errors. It only makes them better.
