Customer service not reachable

Ive been calling DEO for 2 months and I mean 5 hours a day back to back and never get a live agent and when I do they transfer me to another agent and same thing happens all over again. My account has been on lock since someone tried to access my account. I cant make claims so next month I dont know how Im going to pay my bills.
