Gas smell, no water, toilets not working

There was a persistent smell of gas outside of our rooms. The last two days there was low water pressure. On our last day there was no water until noon and no water pressure, no working toilets until 8 pm. I reported all of this numerous times with not much help. User's recommendation: Be cautious with a smell of potential gas leak. Yes.
