Recurring, recurring, recurring delivery problems

Within a three week period, we had four incidents with no delivery of our paper, sometimes for two or three days. We reported complaints and asked for contact from a human being. All we got was a digital reply. Problems persist. The company makes it very difficult to find a person to talk to. The recurring nature of thies problem indicates--to me--a problem with management which is reinforced by the difficulty in finding someone to be accountable. Welcome to small town corporate America!
