Numerous attempts was made in contacting mainstays that manufactures the patio furniture Walmart sell and the one thing I needed was proven impossible to get. All I wanted was a replacement rooftop for a patio swing. Walmarts customer service is useless in contacting mainstays. I was either given an incorrect number or given another number for Walmarts customer service even though they are the ones I already talked too. Though if you are looking for a replacement top for a big boy 2 person zero gravity swing, go to gardenwinds.com. They sell the replacement for it. User's recommendation: Don’t bother trying to contact mainstays it’s useless.
