Patio furniture chairs suppose to be mailed but covid 19 they cohldnt

So I had bought patio furniture three months shy of a year and the chairs were ripping really bad I sent photos and all spoke to a lady who had said that due to covid 19 just starting and the mail was super behind this was just when they closed all schools and the pandemic started so I was told when everything calmed down they would send out and I haven't seen or heard anything.
