My AC has been non functional since one year. Have been raising service requests and each time(thrice), paying Rs500 service charge They come tell some issue and disappear.First said Gas low,second person said remote issue,third time motor issue.They promise to come back with spare parts and disappear,then I end up raising new service request and same cycle repeats! Fed up! User's recommendation: Donot buy Panasonic Air Conditioner.
