Was told that our personal car insurance would be enough but we had to choose the last option. This added over $300 to our total bill and then the service rep added roadside assistance on top of it and we werent asked if we wanted it. We realized it after we got to our hotel and called customer service. We were told that we had to go to back to the airport to resolve this because the on line rep couldnt do anything about it. WE ARE ON A FAMILY VACATION! Feeling scammed. User's recommendation: Go to another car rental.
