I got an immediate response - the same response which I've received every time I've used their website. My request was to associate the correct address with my phone number, rather than the address of the prior owner of my phone number. They appear to only give the option of removing my phone number, rather than correcting it. User's recommendation: Sorry, I can't think of an appropriate saracastic remark.
