Refund of returned order no.280****

I returned the subject order to this company in time as my treating Doctor did not authorize it to me.The French Post Office confirmed that they reach this Company on March 2-2021. Despite repeated reminders to refund it to me ( two remainder thr. You) this company remained silent . I need an answer to my request. User's recommendation: I don’t recommande buying from this Company.
