I purchased a genuine Dyson Vacuum cleaner Motörhead from a supplier via Amazon. It failed after limited use so I contacted the supplier which informed me theyd stopped selling the part due to repeated failures after 7/8 months. Ive sent 3 recorded delivery letters to Dyson all signed for but no reply to any. Tried askdyson email and going round in circles, you reply to an email from an owner support operative, then a different one asks for same information, now up to three. User's recommendation: Don’t buy a Dyson, just go bang your head against a brick wall. I’m 70 and never experienced customer service as bad.
