Purchased a defective massage Gun

we purchased the massage gun for my son for Xmass. The massage gun was defective. We sent emails to this and where told we would receive a refund. As of today we have not received any refund money. We ask whats taking so long and the response is sorry you should see it in a few weeks and as of right now its been Months. stay away User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
