I just think their return policy is garbage, when other companies out there like Sleep Number stand behind their products and take them back for full refund. I purchased a $4000 tempur-pedic, am waiting for my 21 day trial to end this week, had bought the mattress protector and the mattress should be fine, but only giving me 80% back minus a return delivery fee is bulls***. My next mattress, which I plan to buy elsewhere, will basically cost me more because Ill have lost money on this one due to MF. User's recommendation: Don’t shop at MF.
