So disgusted with this company, all I get is a run around through email and phone!!! And no call from actual company just through phone center who are telemarketer!!! No ideas when the new liner will be here, I will never again but anything that is associated with it!! Also contacted Fox17 problem solver's for help!!! Pissed is not a strong enough word!!!!! User's recommendation: Check before you buy pool products, no Polygroup!!!
