We purchased an insignia ice maker and it stopped working well within the factory warranty. Insignia will not honor their own warranty if you did not buy from Best Buy. I would be extremely careful buying from a company that offers a warranty they will not honor. If buy it and it stops working right after you purchase it and you did not buy it from Best Buy you have basically flushed your money down the toilet. Obviously they have no idea what customer service is
