Online stopped working, support doesn’t help

I like watching news online. The other day all of online viewing stopped working, no matter the device or how I connect. I get prompted for my provider credentials, successfully log in, and then get the message "sorry, your directv account is not authorized to view this content". When I call support, they can't answer what happened and said it's an issue for engineering. No help with engineering either. User's recommendation: don't use directv if at all possible.
