Fogged window warranty Very slow response after repeated requests

I sent detailed information to PGT Consumer Service on Sept 26 about a fogged two pane window under warranty. Got a quick response from Noemi Colon, at PGT Consumer Affairs on Sept 27 with a request for more specific information. Collected the additional information and sent this Oct 7. No response. Followed up Oct. 19. No response. Followed up Oct 23 with picture of fogged window. No response. Now it's Nov. 5. Will send another request for status.
