Had and have trouble accessing appointment information on web site. First appearance sounds easy but you can get tangled up and still not find what you're looking for. If you are patient and persistent you might get lucky. I still can't find my appointments and frustrated so stopped trying for now. User's recommendation: Find someone who can walk you through the access process. It's not easy.
