Problems with scheduling a visit

I am unable to schedule my daughters video visitation. Attempting to contact ICS Solutions through pissed consumer.com. recording tells me they're currently closed even though they're supposed to be there 24 hours a day. The site was also down yesterday. Two days in a row now I'm unable to schedule a video visit with my daughter. I'm definitely a pissed consumer User's recommendation: Keep your kids out of jail.
