E-ticket and payment concern

I used travelgenio to book a ticket, on the website written that I will be charged only 4,567.30 when using Visa card. Later did I know after putting all the details of the visa card, travelgenio charged 4,702qr. E-ticket is not confirmed as well and cannot be printed right after the payment. User's recommendation: Don’t book on this website.
