Obtaining a special medicine for my mom diagnosed with cancer

Every time I called to get an update on when my mom's medicine would be available, the person told me that the request was cancelled (twice) or the insurance was wrong, or she is not in the system or blah, blah, blah. Each different person I spoke with had NO pass-down of the previous calls and their resolutions. Then I got an automated call to verify the address and billing, but the person I spoke with said she wasn't in the system. Maddening! Still waiting for her medicine and the resolution from them. This is day 3 and I have spoken to 8 different people User's recommendation: Find a different specialty pharmacy.
