Waiting for order as it was placed one and half hour ago

I placed order at about 8pm which was ready in restaurant around 8:30 but due to non arrival of delivery boy my order was not being picked up. When I track my order msg is coming that we are assigning delivery boy but after waiting for one and half hour I contacted customer service for my loss suffered and Embaresment faced in front of guests. Then also I was not satisfied as swiggy was not having adequate facility to compensate my loss. If order was not being possible to be picked up then swiggy must have intimated me earlier.M User's recommendation: Not satisfied with service of swiggy. They also should switch to get order from other site.
