Not Delivering the parcel and Lying
Driver didn't deliver the parcel (Book) sent from Wolter Kluwer. First time didn't send any message, didn't call, didn't leave any notice. Second time today (Jul 016,2021) at 4.03 pm send automated message consignee not at home. Though both time i was at home. That means driver lied, i called CANPAR customer service instantly and expressed my despair at their service. Customer service gave me an address to pick from and i picked. If that's CanPar's policy of negligence in duty, nothing to say. Otherwise, hope CanPar will take action against these Drivers.Ne C User's recommendation: Never go for CanPar.
