Non existent (literally) customer service.

I booked flights for next March on 20/6 and paid for flexi travel in case we needed to change dates. Very next day due to personal circumstances had to change the dates. The website allowed me to apply for change in dates but has not yet confirmed acceptance. Have tried calling numerous times....theres just no one at the end of the phone, been sent round and round on automated messages but not any human contact. The free customer service numbers simply dont work, I messaged on the app but no response to that either. Honestly NEVER dealt anyone so bad. User's recommendation: Avoid if possible.
