I waited almost 30 days for my order to arrive. The items are cheap and did not fit. I requested return information and was informed on line that it would be 48 hours for response. Another 14 days went by and I have not received a response. What must I do to get a response? I don't understand the silence on your part. If I can't expect a refund, please let me know now so I can quit using good energy for something that will not happen! I want to return my items! the zipper in the dress in installed incorrectly I can't use it!!
