I was informed last week that even though it was later than the 2 weeks it was purchased because it was a Christmas present so obviously it was going to be after 2 weeks my faulty handbag would be replaced. I paid for it to be sent back and now have heard that they're refusing to replace it so I don't have my Christmas present from my sister anymore and I have paid for a return for an item which isn't being replaced User's recommendation: Avoid Debenhams.
