Hole in item

Hi, I purchased a regatta puddle suit in November for my son, he has worn it about 5 times but *** has appeared in the leg. I ordered it online so I have the necessary documentation. I can also forward pictures of the suit if needed. Unfortunately the hole renders it useless for outdoor wear now as he will get wet. Can I get a replacement? Kind regards Theresa Mclean
