I purchased a Lennox 4 ton unit (new) in 2016. This year the unit experienced a failure in one of the capillary tubes due to a manufacturer defect. Now not only do we have a failed A/C but we cannot find parts to fix our unit for a reasonable price. Lennox has failed to uphold its product warranty as well as a recall associated with our type A-coil.
