I can get in touch by phone or on website. All i get is voice responses . They advised me that I would be getting a Refund on my confirmation # HRSQ1A Jet Blue Flight of $590.40 due to Covid. I got a refund from Delta but not Jet Blue. I had to pay over $400.00 for the cancel fee. Now they want to steal $590.40 from me. They are the worst. I would give them 1 star. They deserve 0000000.
