Update by user Aug 26, 2019 Old dominion freight line is staffed by incompetents' and then they lie use someone else This is the worst shipping company in America total lies nothing else Original review posted by user Aug 26, 2019 Shipment was set for delivery on OD according to the web site and a call to their so called customer service (paid lier) after 4 calls at 5 they finally admitted the shipment was in another town and a crew of 4 to unload my shipment sat and waited THEY WERE PAID to wait OD cant figure why I am pissed well 2 days later the same thing happened again Called customer service again no help just more lies while my labor bill keeps running tomorrow who knows As a nation wide constructon and property ma agement business I will NEVER SHIP WITH THEM AGAIN TELL ANYONE WHO IS SHIPPING USE SOMEONE ELSE. or buy from someone else who uses a different shipper THESE GUYS SUCK
