Unable to return equipment

I ordered a hip pack for my Inogen4. When it arrived I found it unsuitable for my size. I called to get a "return authorization" and was told that all accessories were unreturnable. I was not told this when I ordered it and am very disappointed with their response. User's recommendation: Be sure to ask if item is returnable.
