Not able to use flight credit

Original review posted by user Jun 06, 2021 I had to cancel my trip, in April, due to the fact I had COVID. I still have a flight credit with Hotwire, and was not aware that I had to use it directly through Hotwire and not the airline. I have been trying for 3 weeks to use the credit because I can't navigate using it on the website. I have been put on hold for over 4 hours per call. I have emailed the Customer Service agents that helped me before, as well as the online help chats, and no one can seem to help me. I had a death in the family last week and wanted to use the credit for the funeral and now it looks like that won't happen. Before I get my attorneys involved I would like to resolve the issue directly with Hotwire. User's recommendation: Don't ever book with Hotwire.com , unless you like nightmares!
